I have hundreds of people that should be matched to jobs based on some criteria like intelegense and so on
I mean i have the intelegence of these people and for example a IT manager should have >115 IQ and have >115 analitical thinking( these numbers are in a excel sheet) and in other sheet I have critera of each job.
my question is: qlikview can help me to find my desired people or I should SQL server or other software?
