dimensions do not show from Access Point

A report with 6 dimensions. There is no restrictions on this report or dimensions, but 5 of 6 dimensions don't show when opening from AP for some users. See attachment.

I tested 2 users on same PC using same IE browser. One can see 6 dimensions in this report; the other only see one dimension.

Does anyone know why?

So you are 110% sure you are not using section access on this report?

All other reports / charts are the same for both users?

There is basic security on this qvw, but no additional restrictions on this report.

I tested the same app using different login, so everything is same.
