Is there a way to permanently disable the enable macro popup. Every time I deploy a new qlikview report, the user have to enable macro in order to access that report. The popup doesnt bother me but sometime the popup hides behind various programs so user arent aware that they need to enable macro in order to access the report. This is a particular problem when a inexperience user is doing presentation with qlikview. They dont see the enable macro popup and assume qlikview is broken.
How are the users viewing the QlikView reports? If the users are entering through accesspoint or "Open in Server..." make sure the "Allow macro execution on server" and maybe the "Allow unsafe macro execution on server" options are enabled in the Security tab under System->Setup->QlikView Servers in the QlikView Enterprise Management Console.
Otherwise the user might be able to always override the "module" security by ticking the related options in the User Preferences->Security. This option appears to be by user and not by document so that a document can't do something possibly malicious without the user's consent.
