discussion not seeing under actions?

Hi,

I have added one discussion and it is showing needs to be approved by moderator. but I am not seeing the discussion under my profile actions. could anyone let ,e know where I can see this?

Normally they are in content - draft, the first button in the left panel if you clicked on content.

yes right. Thanks. how long it takes to approve is there any way to see that?

This is quite different - if you have extenal links (most often the reason for moderation) within your posting you could modify them that they will be recognized as links from human but not from the machines.
