distinct value in list box

Hi i have year repeating in lsit box how can i restrict distinct

no list box doesn't show the duplicate value actually.

May be space added into ur year, so while taking year, pls trim it

May be while loading use distinct keyword

i have field expdate  and it contains all years dates.

i need show in stright table like date format (MMM-YYYY) and also i need to show only 2013 and 2014 years date like

format 'MMM-YYYY'
