distributed documents appearing twice in the access point

Hello

I got a source document on which I created a task that reduces the document and distributes it to a folder destination

However when the users go to the Access point the distributed document is appearing twice!

Any clue?

folder destination is a subfolder of the root folder ? ( QEMC - System -Setup - QVS@... Folder  ).

is this subfolder listed also as a  other folders in QEMC - System - Setup -QVS@... Folders?  if yes  all documents distributed on this subfolder appear twice, 1 from root folder list  and 1 from other folders options list .
