distribution plot with jitter and date on x-axis

Hi,

I need to show frequency of procedures across time, with a different color/dot for the type of doctor. My variables

EXAMDATE

DOCTOR_TYPE

DOCTOR_NAME

For the x-axis I would like to show date (by year is sufficient)

on the y-axis I would like a different bar for every different doctor

for the bar itself I would like to show frequency of exams with doctor_type used for coloring the dots

Or if there is an extension to show a distribution graph in a table that would also work. I could not find and example of this on the forums or by searching google.

At a minimum, this will require some sample data in order to get some responses...  Likely need to show example of expected output too in order to be sure folks understand the use case and what you really want.
