or they are loaded only when the sheet is active/visible??

Hidden charts are not calculated until they are made visible.

Hi,

Don't know whether you still need it, but just for the record I faced with the following issue - QV Desktop hangs even without data in QVW when one sheet is displayed. All the charts are enclosed in containers (one container which includes charts and two containers with other charts), only one chart is visible at the moment.

I would understand if the reason was in data model, but this happens even when no data in the document.

I assume that could be due to the fact the document has been created in earlier releases on v.10 and edited in almost all version including v.11.2, release 12758.

The only thing which help is (it's sad to say) re-creation of the chart from scratch.

So many wonderful discoveries...
