Where do you from ?

I´ve exactly this enviroment working on my company. There´s a ODBC connector driver that is installed within Progress. You can see if the driver is installed in the Windows Control Pannel.

You need install "Client Networking" from Progress.

And put this parameter in your script  "-m3" "-S Port Number" to load the broker
