Hello everybody,
I have a scatter chart which uses a dynamic image (URL) as background. When I reload the client, everything is working fine, however after reloading the qvw via the publisher task the image does not show in the browser. The problem appears with both the IE plugin and the full browser version, as well as in different browsers (chrome, IE). I tried several URLs (http and https) with the same result in any case.
I even tested a workaround by doing a bundle load out of the URL. Again, in the client it works as expected. When reloading the file with the publisher task, the result is the more strange as not only the image is not shown in the browser, but the overwritten QVW file does not store the image any more after the reload. I suppose that there might be a problem with the technical user performing the publisher tasks, yet I have not found a solution.
Has anybody come across the same problem?
Thanks very much for helping
Christian
Hi.
Sounds strange.
Have you tried to create a simple qvw with the only one object ?
Yes, I created an own qvw file in order to test the issue. It also happens when accessing the distributed files from different platforms: local machine, virtual machine, remote connection to the server...
Hi Christian,
I know this is a very old post. But did you receive any solution to this issue. Am facing the same issue.
