dynamically creating time slots based on user preference

how to dynamically create the time slots based on user preference.

Eg:
15mins,30 min, 1hr,1day -> should be the possible values for selection.

as I understand you, you could use section Access for your task. where you can assigned correct values per specific user.

actually i want it in calendar object. something like the below. depending on user input time slot should change

yep, you could create a special Section Access table, where restrict data per user.

i want something like input box or list box for time slots(15 minutes, 30 minutes, 1 hour, 1 day).

According to selection, the calendar values should change.

Could you provide some examples?

if the user select 1 day in the input box, what should he see in the Date listbox?

if he select 1 hr,...

etc

if 15 minute interval (user select 15 minute in input box)

I think you could create additional table for Calendar, which assign your intervals and dates. For example:

Interval, DateTime

15 min, 2013/07/26 04:00:00 AM

15 min, 2013/07/26 04:15:00 AM

1 hr, 2013/07/26 04:00:00 AM

1 hr, 2013/07/26 05:00:00 AM

etc...

After that you could use special listbox with Interval field.
