edit report too much big in mbyte

i created a report based on a pivot table.

the report has about 40 pages. when i create a pdf file, the size of the file.pdf is too much big, so i cannot send it by mail.

is there an utility in Qlikview helping in manage the quality of the report?

thank you in advance to all who can help me.

You can try using QV Pubisher to generate the PDF reports.

My PDF have 20 pages, which is 17MB if generated out using print option in PDF Editor.

If it is generated by QV Publisher, it is only 2MB.

For more info on how to setup Publisher,

Dear Arthur, your solution would be a best solution if i had the qlikview server pack. unfortunately i only have the desktop release and i suppose to not solve the problem i posted. thank you for you help, Arthur. i think my problem was generated by a qlikview debug: it's not normal edit a pdf report of about 10 pages with 28megabyte of size! i tried with lots of pdf editor, but the size is always the same...

AFAIK the used pdf-printer and especially the applied settings (windows system-settings --> printer) have an impact on the size of the output.

Another point is the report itself - if there is a logo-picture of 500 KB which is repeated on 40 pages it makes alone 20 MB ...
