Are you using clustering?

The document folder may be pointing to an invalid location.

Check this link hope it helps you.  Is all Qlikview services are running?  Check in Services.

No Server in accesspoint

AccessPoint "Message: No Server"

The services are not running.

This could be because of either of the following

1. the services have stopped

2. There is no license or license has expired

3. The user does not have access to the server
