error in acces point only with IEXPLORER

Hi, expert

when i try to open a document in the acces point (using internet explorer or full browser) i see this and cant open the document.

in google chrome works ok

what could be?

I think this are security restrictions within the IE maybe the protected mode is enabled or something similar.
