execution of qvw whenever new file added to the location

Hi,

I would like to execute the Qvw file (Loading Script) automatically, whenever new file added to the source location.

Our qlikview application extracts data from CSV files. We not sure about the time of receiving these files.

Is this possible to run the Qlikview document whenever new files added to the location, instead of executing regular time intervals.

Your help is greatly appreciated.

You can do that with EDX: Using EDX in QlikView 11. Pay attention to the section File Arrival Detection. You will need another tool for that since Qlikview cannot do that part for you.
