export objects from one app to another app

Hi all,

i'm having two app's.

1.)Main.qvw

2.)Sub.qvw files.

Now in currently in Main.qvw file contains total 5 sheets in UI i.e; Sheet1, Sheet2, ...Sheet5.

and now i am trying to export all sheet objects that present only in sheet1 and sheet2 into Sub.qvw file.

How can i achieve it by using macro ?

Please any suggestion/examples from anyone.

Is it possible ?
