field value does not repeat for next seven(7) days

I have field policy no and mobile no,I want that after daily refreshed same field value should not be repeat for next seven(7) days ??

so what is logic foe that ???

for that first you need a date field. (Or refreshed date) and we need to pick the data loaded in last sevendays and the new data to pick and exclude the repeated data.
