Having received help from @whitelines on my initial question http://community.qlik.com/message/346071#346071
I’m now stuck and not really sure if what I want to achieve is even possible…
I have created a formula that selects the ‘Best Nett’ price, the cheapest ‘Promo’ price and the 5 lowest ‘Range’ prices. This I thought was working fine until I started using it on more than one stock no.
What I think is happening is the formula (when more than one stock no is selected) is calculating these from the selected values grouping all the ‘Promo’s together etc.
What I need to happen is this calculation per stock no, but only show the filtered results (as per the bottom example) where I have cheated to force the result manually.
I assume it would involve some Set Analysis, but I can not get my head around it especially as this software is so new to me.
Can anybody help guide me?
Many thanks
Oli
Set analysis won't help you much. I think you'll have to add a field in the script or live with the blank rows. See attached qvw.

Thank you very much for your assistance again.
I think I had been focused for so long on trying to solve this post load that I had forgotten other avenues.
Thanks again
