the next day my data has been changed and added new records

so now I want to find what are all new records and which records are changed and which record are not changed

I did it my way but its not looking good

so I am attaching source data and qvw which I have done

so kindly refer and give me a better solution

in attached data (scd data) sheet is first day loading

(scd updated sheet) is second day loading data
