fix hour

Hello,

selecting an hour I need to see the results of the following hour I've tried the following function:

count (HOUR={"=$(=TIME(ONLY(NUM(HOUR)+1/24)))"}>}DISTINCT ID)

hour is in hh:mm:ss format,

I don't know what i'm doing wrong...

any suggestion?
