fix the choices on opening

Hi ,

i have a document and i want to fix one choice in the opening. how can i do this?

e.g:i click to this sheet one multibox brings the same value

Hi,

Try this

Sheet Properties  ->  Triggers -> OnActivateSheet (Add Action) -> Add -> Select-> Select in Field -> Give Field Name and Search string value.

If you save the document with the choice selected that will open with the selection (on the server it's works too).

You can also do like this.  But everytime while saving the file you need to take care of selecting the values.
