floor(2,4) returns 0 why ? sholdn't it return 2 ?

It seems to be flooring to nearest 4. So, the nearest 4 seems to be 0, isn't it?

yes I did mistake consufing 2,4 and 2.4.

4 it takes as the second parameter of floor function
