ftp connection not working

Hi everyone,

I have the following problem. I'm trying to connect to an ftp server on QV desktop. The credentials work fine if I use them in a browser but if I enter them in qlikview I get the following error:

It seems that QV is able to find the server but won't accept the credentials. Any ideas? Thanks!

This error occurs when the user credentials and password has no certificate in the directory to which you wish to enter .

ideally validate access permissions and check the username and password that are correct
