Hi Team-
We have installed governance-dashboard from below link:

Installation completed successfully.But when we opened url http://localhost:8591/governance/ui its not responding i.e we are not able to add server dtails from add button not working ..so not able to proceed further.
On clicking add we are not getting anything so anything we need to modify or check to fix this.
Look and feel also breaking.pfa screenshot.
We checked in IE 11.
Please suggest.
