Hi Sonika,

First go to the User Preferences, and choose "Always Show Design Menu Items" in the Design tab.

Then, if you right click on your header, you will have the "Custom Format Cell" entry in the contextual menu.

You will be abble to fine tune the colors of your cells.

Regards,

Vincent

Sonika,

Go to the 'Visual Cues' tab of the Properties of the Pivot Table and check the 'Bold' check box and change the Background Color in the 'Text' row.  You will need to do this for each expression in the Pivot Table.

I hope this helps!
