What is the difference between dash board and scorecard please explain ? take one scenario .

Dashboard : a platform where you can show any analysis with whole information e.g in a cricket match you can show Country, Last match played, Upcoming matches, any analysis of a player

Score card : Here in this you are bounded with the current score of a player.

Scorecard can be a part of Dashboard.But Scorecard cant be whole Dashboard. Hope it clearifies.

Dashboard is a complete application which represents the Analytical data.

Dashboard can have scorecards, trend charts detail tabs and a lot of KPI representation .

On the other hand Scorecard is a aggregated representation of Metrics and calculations.

You can visit sample dashboards on Qlik site and have a view of scorecards for financial dashboards.

scorecard usually define your KPI's, like are your sales increase, many time you see a file which define figures ad have red, green, yellow marks they are scorecard.

While Dashboard is used for showing the trend,according to some dimension
