Just click on the 'plus' symbol next to the Expression icon (on the Expressions tab) and select the 'Bar Offset' value. In here you can enter an expression to offset your bar, or simply reference the Expression Name of the previous expression. By then doing this to each bar in turn you can create your waterfall.
