how could I expand a container

how can get a container which I can expand and collapse like this ?

Goto Properties -->Caption --> Check 'Minimize' and 'Maximize'.

You get '-' option on Caption bar.

from there click '-' to minimize and Double click  to Maximize.

after you create the containder, check the minimize and maximize check boxes on the Caption tab of the cotnainer

I don't understand the question, do you want to set the container the option of minimize? If that's the case, it's just like any other object. RightClick on the container>Go to Properties>Title>check allow to minimize.

If your question is about putting the title in the minimized container, it's again like in any other object, put your title in the Title options and check show title option.
