how create field / table not affected by filter ?

Hello everyone and sorry for my bad English
I have a form where I view data for a customer, and I would even show a field, table or chart that I compare the data of this customer with respect to the total of its zone, district, state, etc.. etc.. but having set the filter to the customer as I do? thanks in advance

let say for zone

sum({<Customer=,Zone=Zone>}Sales)
