how do i build this with one dim and one expression

Hello everyone,

I have to build below chart and I have one dim ie STATS and expression is count(STATUS)

I can drive the 77% and low n high Threshold but I am not getting how can I build the scale .

Please guide.

using linear guage??

Set min to 0 and max to .25 for yellow segment

and for segment 2 set min to 0.25 and max to 1. 

And select the show needle option

Thanks Vineeth for replying but really cant post sample over here as I cant copy data from client machine to my desktop.

I am not able to understand Linear Gauge . Please share some examples for linear gauge.
