how to align in reports

How can I align contorls together in the report. the documentation says that multiple controls can be selected via ctrl+click. the reality is that when you select the second item the first item becomes unselected, and the align icons are obviously then grayed out.

In the application is it works fine.

Can you try to make a lasso to select & align

I have tried that already and it doesn't work either. the "lasso" can only be done on the app but not in the report.

Hi,

You can click the first object, hold shift (not control), click on the second (and third, etc)

Right click one of them and select one of the alignment commands.

hold left click and drag the mouse and cover controls using dotted line .then select on properties and then align
