how to change country name ?

Hi team ,

I HAVE COUNTRY a FIELD NOW I WANT TO CHAGANGE COUNTRY NAMES LIKE BELOW CONDITION

but the country contains  ' Colons how to write condition

if(Country=' Democratic People's Republic of ',    'North Korea', Country)
