how to change field format

Dear All

I have a field as mentioned below:

Recommend dealer

1) Probably Would

2) Definitely Would

3) Probably Would Not

4) Definitely would not

I want this in below format:

Recommend make 1) Probably Would 2) Definitely Would 3) Probably Would Not 4) Definitely would not

How to achieve this?

Hi,

your field is called Recommend dealer ?


and you have 4 lines, like this ?

1) Probably Would

2) Definitely Would

3) Probably Would Not

4) Definitely would not


you want to concatenate the lines on one lines like this ?


Recommend make 1) Probably Would 2) Definitely Would 3) Probably Would Not 4) Definitely would not
