how to change scale value

Hi ,

In excel I am having data like below

Column%
100.00
88.89
90.91
90.48
89.29
100.00

These are percentage values, in expression column I need to take avg of this column.

when I try to show it in chart all y axis values are overlapping to each other.

what scale value should I set for Y axis.
