how to convert or remove HTML field value into text object

i have a xml file when in load that file ,in one field there is a value in HTML so i want to capture that text value inside text object.

For Example

<TD STYLE="BORDER-BOTTOM: black 0.5pt solid; BORDER-LEFT: black 0.5pt solid; BACKGROUND-COLOR: white; WIDTH: 208pt; HEIGHT: 12.75pt;">
