how to count by row with condition

I have problem with my data to count percent above 80% by my dimension

in my qlikview , I can't create a count-if for Result that I want

could anyone help me on this?

but I can't use it when I add a dimension to my data

I have a month in my data table and some persons in each month.

I want to calculate count percent of "people above 80% " for each month
