how to create a Survey Ranking compare side by side with ranking number

HI guys,

I have 3 surveys in a pivot table. comparing side by side.

User is using survey 1. so When user choose rank 1 - the result will show as scrreenshot below.

when choose rank 1 , it will dispplay rank 1 and with it rank desciption,  and survey 2 will show the related decription and diffrent ranking. same as survey.

main point here is. when i select rank 1 , it should not show rank 1 in survey 2 and suvey 3. It should display related/or same description as Rank 1 of survey 1.
