how to create remove this synthetic key ?

i want to create a key. how to remove this synthetic key ? there're common key in my customer and customer Details.

What table relations between customer and customer details?

Can we use only customer id? if can, then just comment customers on customer table or customer details or you can rename customers.

may be try using  Noconcatenate
