how to create report with pivot table.

If all your dimension are as columns just move drag the Region to the top of the columns.

That should do the job.

Hi Robert,

Thanks a lot, But as per excel I want to show  =SUM(B3,D3,F3,H3) in J and =SUM(C3,E3,G3,I3) in K Column on right side of  the sheet.

And total  of first,second,third and four should be below the row.

Region is the dimension and A & B are the dimensions which i made by inline.

Plz guide me in detail so the i can create this table to get the exact output.
