how to deploy Tested qvws from Tested server to production server

How to move the dev and tested qvws from test server to production server.

Hi Karthik,

The procedure you followed to deploy in Test Server is the same you need to follow in Production server, just changing some Filepaths, Database connections if you are pointing to test databases.

Is Test server and production server are two different servers or same servers. If different we need to purchase test server.

Generally in companies maintain two servers, one for UAT/Test and other for Production, you can also do the both in single server also.

The test server license costs about 50% price of the main server.  Check with Qliktech team for a Quote.  After that check with your manager whether you are ok with single or multiple servers.

After deploying the qvw into a production server user raise a change request. For that , tell me the procedure, where to get that qvw and after making changes how to deploy.

Get the files from the Root directory configured in Qlikview Managment console and do the changes and deploy in the Production environment.
