Load data in a qvw file then store it again ... this is the only way.

Do you mean incremental load?

If you are talking about Dimensions Update then It is better to do FULL load of QVDs for dimensions. It will not take much time to load.

If you are taking about FACT load and you have more data like more than 500 Million records then you shloud go with incremental load.
