how to eleminate data loop

I tried changing field names and using if statement in my expressions but results were wrong. Anyone knows how to eliminate this data loop? Thank you

If Month corresponds to MonthPeriodID then delete the load of the column MonthPeriodID in the table tglAcctHist.
