how to get last 12 months and 3 months data in a one bar chart.

Hi Everyone,

I need to  show last 12 months and 3 months data in a bar chart.The data points in bar chart in the form of percentages(%).

And the count of all bar chart (%) must be equal to 100%.

Here I am attaching sample data can any one help me. I am trying to resolve this issue from long back but i can't

In the sample data consider issues as a dimension field and expression as incidents take count (incidents)

And one more thing i need to show data on the basis of current month not date
