how to get the values based on the dates?

Please find the attached excel sheet, I have provided the Input, Mapping table and Out put , Based on the Mapping table I need to match the date field. Please do the needful. Thanks in advance

first step::::

DateMap:

Mapping Load

     Date("Date"),

     ITCDate

From [filepath];

second step::::

DateLoad:

     Date

     ApplyMap('DateMap',Date("Date"),-99) as ITCDate

From [filepath]

Using apply map how can i get the less than value. here, input date need to match with less than date of mapping table.

Using Interval match,I could get the above date.
