how to interchage the values in straight table using backend script OR using front end?

in the above image i got the output..NOw i want to change this out put as

2017    399797    546551

2016     546551       0

NOTE: I DONT WANT TO DO ANY TOTAL..JUST I NEED THE VALUES SHOULD BE INTERCHANGE.
