how to make Field From different paths

Hi all,

if i have 6 field and 1 button :

1 have names of some files

field name [Name_Files] {2230,2231,2232,2233}

4 to show the different paths

field name [path1] {d:\hello1\2230.pdf,2231.pdf,2232.pdf,2233pdf}

field name [path2] {d:\hello2\2230.pdf,2231.pdf,2232.pdf,2233pdf}

field name [path3] {d:\hello3\2230.pdf,2231.pdf,2232.pdf,2233pdf}

field name [path4] {d:\hello4\2230.pdf,2231.pdf,2232.pdf,2233pdf}

1 have the names of paths:

path1,path2,path3,path4

.......................................................................................................................................

my question is how to make new field have the names of the paths and each name in this field will be equal to the selected value from the path field and when i click to the button the file will open.
