how to rename or delete graph Name

as you can see from the screenshot below, i got in the middle of the screen "Budget", how i can rename or delete this?

Go to chart properties -> General-> uncheck "show title in chart " option

I would suggest you to buy Cook book for basics and do check the all options before coming to Community ..
