how to restrict export to excel / objects / print command in browser

Dear all ,

Can any one help us to restrict export to excel/objects/printing from browser in qlikview.

Any help or assistance is appreciatable.

I'd recommend several things.

Firstly in the actual .qvw go to Settings > Document Properties > Security and un-check the User Privilege; 'Allow Export' and leave 'Allow Print (When Export is Prohibited)' un-checked as well. Whilst you're at it I'd also un-check 'Access Document Properties', 'Edit Script' and any other areas you feel should be locked down.

As you need to lock down the application I'd also suggest setting the logging to track user activity via the QEMC: System > Setup > Logging which will show to a certain degree who has clicked what and when along with information about data exports. It would also be a good idea impliment a full Section Access model to be as secure as possible.
