do you mean sorting tasks on the QMC or sorting apps on the accesspoint ?

I'm not sure if there is any way to sort the applications within the access point unless renaming them into your wished order - maybe by adding a numeric prefix like 01, 02 ...

Quite helpful is it to group and flag your applications within the qmc which than could be choosen within the access point, like:

it's work but just for my username, not all the usernames on server

You will always have your name on the accesspoint, you can sort by "name", "category", "last update".

i have 200 users in my server and i want sort tasks for all of them not just for me, is it clear?

It is clear, actually, what i know is that you can't configure accesspoint sorting for other users,

all you can do is send a "how-to" email for all the users.
