Is anyone else having issues with the newly released 2.0 version of the iOS app? We are on QlikView 11.2 SR4 and I get the Error downloading the document list when trying to access either of our 2 Access Points via both reverse proxy and from on our corporate network via VPN. I have another iPad running the exact same OS but the previous 1.2.1 version and it works via all the methods that don't work using the 2.0 version. I have also tried the 2.0 version on multiple devices using both cellular and Wi-Fi to confirm that it wasn't something with that specific device and or network connection.
The app successfully authenticates to the access point but when it tries to download the document list from the AjaxZfc endpoint it fails and IIS responds with a 401.2 error. The solution is, as Abdul Mohammed describes it, to allow anonymous for AjaxZfc.
Any thoughts on if we are using QV Web Server and not IIS?
I just upgraded to version 11 SR5 and trying the IOS client for the first time. Getting the same error too but I am not sure whether I miss any configuration.
Ipad was 7.04 version 2.0 client. Already allowed anonymous access in IIS and the IIS log file shown status code 200.
Anything I miss ? Document was granted mobile client access.
I am having the same problem - I was running v 1.2.1 of the app fine - until I updated the software and now it will not connect to the server.
Can get to AcessPoint no problem on these iPads via safari.
I have about 8 other iPads with the same problem!
Have tried allowing annonymous access in IIS but to no avail.
Can anyone offer any more suggestions?
James,
Do you have logs from the HTTP session? I am just wondering if this is an authentication issue to a configuration issue.

Excellent Abdhul. It worked well.
Thanks for the input.

Has anyone solved the problem and can share the solution with others still struggling like me?
Hi All,
As Nicholas wanted, I also wanna know implications if we are using QV Web Server and not IIS?
Because, we are not allowed to select log in anonymous and blocked by license.
Many thanks....!!!!
Hi Wojciech,
You should enable Anonymous access to the QVAjax folder in Authentication of IIS.
